This paper analyzes the development process of the international standard, ISO 18289:2014 Ships and marine technology -- Navigation and shallow-water engineering vessels -- Anchor winches dominantly developed by China and its key technologies, summarizes the experiences on international standards development and provides reference for future work.关键词
