Study on the Coordinative Development of Environment and Economy for Industrial Cities:Take Baotou in Inner Mongolian as an Example
摘要
Abstract
Emissions of pollutants in industrial cities cause tremendous threat on the quality of the environment .The economy can not be developed without energy resources consumption .Then,sacrificing environment for economic development and social progress ,or first for economic development second for environment governance ,or coordina-ting environment governance with economic development ,these become hot issues .This paper first reviews the anal-ysis on the relationship between the environment and the economy made by domestic and foreign scholars ,then ana-lyzes the relation between environment and economy through data model in heavy industry city ---Baotou.Finally specific policy recommendations for future coordination of environment and economic development are proposed .关键词
