Abstract
Golden Mean is the core of Confucian thought ,and the outstanding traditional culture in China .As a meth-odology ,the essence of Golden Mean has a positive guiding significance for modern education teaching activities . Contemporary university teachers should actively absorb the essence of Golden Mean ,unswervingly adhere to it in all things,and reasonably use it to guide classroom teaching activities ,students education management work in colleges and universities ,as well as to enhance the comprehensive qualities of university teachers itself in order to achieve the long-term development of university teachers .关键词
