Empirical Comparison the Model of China’s Trans-log Production Function Based on Substitution Elasticity
摘要
Abstract
This paper raises an objection to the theoretical formula about the substitution elasticity of trans-log production function ,and then uses differential and derivative knowledge to derive a new one .On this basis ,uses ridge regression method to renew the empirical analysis about China ’ s trans-log production function model ,and points out the improper usage about variance inflation factor existing in the process of determining ridge parameter .T he empirical comparison results show that :the output elasticity values of time independent change are overestimated ;the output elasticity values of labor are underestimated ;all the substitution elasticity values of capital to labor ,capital to energy and labor to energy are close to the ideal state and show a trend of decreasing year by year .关键词
