Abstract
Optimization of the capital structure has important implications for the management of commercial banks .Multi-level capital regulatory framework of Basel Ⅲ brings opportunities and challenges to State-ow ned banks'capital structure optimization . T his paper firstly describes basic commercial bank capital structure theory ,then makes an analysis of the status of State-ow ned banks'capital structure and Basel Ⅲ's impact of the bank's capital structure ,finally puts forward the capital structure optimization strategy of state-ow ned banks based on Basel Ⅲ .关键词
