摘要
Abstract
Since 2003 , the rural land problems replaced tax dispute have become the focus on the activities of peas-ants' defending their interests. The peasants whose land was forcibly expropriated have been suffering not only eco-nomic interest losses, but also social marginalization. This article based on 54 letters from the land-lost peasants, tries to classify the methods of the peasants to safeguard land rights and their feedback mechanisms, and reveals the specific parts blocked the interest expression and the upholding land rights action feedback mechanisms, with a view to resolve the obstructions of the peasants' interests expression mechanism.关键词
