清金化痰汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床观察
Clinical Observation on Qingjinhuatan Decoction Treating Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qingjinhuatan decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmona-ry disease in acute exacerbation period.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with a-cute exacerbation,whose TCM syndrome were phlegm heat obstructing lung type were randomly divided into treatment group (n=60 ) and control group (n=60).Patients in the control group were given antispasmodic,phlegm,anti-inflammatory and other routine western medicine therapies,and patients in the treatment group received Qingjinhuatan decoction once a day except from the conventional thera-pies of Western medicine.Patients in both groups were treated for 10 days.The changes of clinical symptoms,signs,pulmonary function, blood rheology before and after treatment were observed.Results:As for the efficacy,the remarkable effective rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were 80.00%%and 96.67%,and those of the control group were 96.67%and 93.33%.There was signifi-cant difference between the two groups (P=0.042 <0.05 ),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The Qingjinhuatan decoction better improved the TCM symptoms score and blood rheology than the control group with significant difference (P<0.05),especially in terms of improving symptoms such as cough,phlegm,wheezing,than the control group (P<0.01). The lung function of patients in both groups were improved with no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Qingjinhuatan de-coction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,im-prove life quality with satisfactory curative effect,and it is worth generalizing.关键词
