摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Alprostadil injection combined with Bailing capsule on patients with acute kidney injury and explore its mechanism of action.Methods:Four hundred and thirty six cases of acute kidney injury were randomly di-vided into alprostadil group,bailing capsule group,combined treatment group.Except from the routine treatment,patients in the three groups were respectively given Alprostadil Injection,bailing capsule and the combined treatment for 4 weeks.The levels of urinary albu-min excretion rate,serum creatinine,urea,cystatin C before and after treatment were measured.Results:Compared with the only appli-cation of Alprostadil injection or corbrin capsule,the combination therapy further decreased the levels of the urinary albumin excretion rate,creatinine,urea,Cystatin C (P<0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil injection combined with Bailing capsule is effective for acute kid-ney injury is reliable,and has stronger renal protective effect than the single use of one drug.关键词
