绝经后女性骨质疏松症的影响因素及中医证型分布规律初探
Discussion on Factors Affecting Female Postmenopausal Osteoporosis and Its TCM Syndrome Type Distribution

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the influential factors of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women and summarize the syn-dromes distribution.Methods:Two hundred and thirty eight patients with osteoporosis in postmenopausal period treated in our hospital from 2010 March to 2013 March who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group (normal bone mineral density group),and the observation group (osteoporosis group).The patientsage,menopausal age,years since menopause,height,weight and other data were collected and analyzed.Patients in the observation group were diagnosed by doctors above deputy director level to judging their syndrome types,and given statistical analysis.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,menopausal age,menopause years,body mass index (P<0.05 );the syndrome distribution in the order of frequency were the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,kidney deficiency,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,liver and kidney deficiency syn-drome.Conclusion:Factors including increasing age,long menopause years,low body mass index are closely related to postmenopausal osteoporosis.The distribution of TCM syndromes are qi stagnation and blood stasis,kidney essence deficiency,spleen kidney yang defi-ciency syndrome,deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome.In clinical practice,it may be appropriate to add Chinese medicine that can disperse blood stasis,nourish kidney,tonify the spleen and kidney yang,nourish the liver and kidney,which is worth further study,induc-tion and summary.关键词
