甘草饮片、药对以及四君子汤中药效组分的测定
Determination of Active Components Alignments from Licorice Single Herb,Pair Herb and Sijunzi Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore regularity of the active components alignments (ACA)through determination of the ACA in inner Mon-golia wild licorice single herb,herb-herb and prescription.Methods:The ACA were determined by reversed phase high-performance liq-uid chromatography (RP-HPLC)in single herb,herb-herb and prescription.Results:The contents of liquiritin-liquiritigenin-glycyrrhizin acid-Isoliquiritin in single liquorice herb were(12.14 ±0.31),(3.25 ±0.19),(38.75 ±1.77),(l1.4 ±0.25;in herb-herb (honey-fried licorice-ginseng)were(2.87 ±0.04),(0.74 ±0.02),(6.42 ±0.18),(0.37 ±0.03);in herb-herb(honey-fried licorice - big-head atractylodes rhizome )were (5.99 ±0.01),(2.16 ±0.09),(22.4 ±1.8),(0.77 ±0.02);in prescription were(2.99 ±0.03), (0.81 ±0.04),(10.05 ±0.31),(0.32 ±0.03).Conclusion:There are some differences in the content of liquiritin- liquiritigenin-glycyrrhizic acid-Isoliquiritinin in single herb,herb-herb and prescription,which provides scientific basis and a new way for the establish-ment of improving the quality of licorice.关键词
