芪榔合剂治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效观察并筛选最佳证型
Qi Lang Mixture Treating Chronic Functional Constipation and Screening Optimal Syndromes

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qi Lang Mixture for treating the chronic functional constipation (CFC )and screening the optimum syndrome,and make efficacy comparison with Maren soft capsules.Methods:188 CFC patients were randomly di-vided into two groups:the treatment group(n=100)and the control group(n=88).The treatment group was treated by Qi Lang Mix-ture.The control group was treated with Maren soft capsules.After eight-week treatment,we made a comparison between the two groups u-sing symptom scoring and total scoring of.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%;the total effective rate of the control group was 7 1 .6%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05 ). Compared with the control group,the symptom score of the treatment group showed significant improvement (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Qi Lang Mixture has significant efficacy for treating chronic functional constipation,especially good at treating the pattern of Qi and Yin (blood)deficiency.关键词
