舒经化瘀活络法治疗急性软组织损伤疗效观察
Observation on Effect of Soothing the Channels,Transforming Stasis and Quickening Vessels in Treating Acute Soft Tissue Injury

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of soothing the channels,transforming stasis and quickening vessels in treating acute soft tissue injury.Methods:An open,randomized,controlled,and prospective study conducted on 430 patients treated in our outpatient department with acute soft tissue injury.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 215 cases in each. Patients in the control group were given Melilotus Extract Tablet,Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel application,and the observation group applied soothing channel method of Dahuoluo pills apart from the same treatment as the control group.Clinical symptoms and blood rheol-ogy index of laboratory after one treatment course.The final curative rate and healing time were compared before and after treatment after 3 treatment courses.Results:After one treatment course,the effective rate of the observation group was 74.42%,which was higher than that of the control group (39.54%),and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The symptoms including pain,swelling, bruising,dysfunction,the symptoms score and plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and blood rheology serum levels of the observation group were all significantly lower than those in the control group,and the the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05);After 3 courses of treatment,the final curative rate of observation group was 97.67%,which was better than that of the control group (81.39%).the observation group took an average of (10.79 ±3.17)days which was significantly decreased com-pared with the control group (15.79 ±3.63)days,and there was significant difference (P <0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of safety (P >0.05).Conclusion:Soothing the channels,transforming stasis and quickening vessels in treating acute soft tissue injury can promote the clinical symptoms,improve blood rheology,shorten the course of disease,and the curative effect is distinct with no serious adverse reactions.关键词
