中医综合治疗方案干预慢性紧张型头痛气血亏虚候生存质量临床研究
Clinical Study on Comprehensive Chinese Medicine Therapy on Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Tension Type Headache

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy on quality of life of pa-tients with qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension type headache.Methods:In factorial design, 80 patients with tension-type headache with qi-blood depletion syndrome were divided into non-medicine therapy group, acupuncture treatment group, tra-ditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group randomly.The total effective rate and the WHOQOL-BREF score were observed.Results:The total effective rates of the non-medicine therapy group, acupuncture treatment group, traditional Chinese medicine group and comprehensive therapy group were 40.00%, 70.00%, 70.00%and 80.00%.After treatment, the WHOQOL-BREF score of psychological field and physical field were improved significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehen-sive Chinese medicine therapy can improve quality of life of patients with the qi-blood depletion syndrome of chronic tension-type headache.关键词
