甘桔冰梅片在咽喉反流性疾病治疗中的应用研究
Applied Research of Ganju Bingmei Tablets the Treatment of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and discuss the application of Ganju Bingmei tablets in the treatment of laryngopharyngeal re-flux.Methods:A total of 204 cases of laryngopharyngeal reflux patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group from February 2012 to February 2014.Each group had 102 cases,the control group received oral administration of Ome-prazole Enteric-coated Tablets treatment,20 mg/time,2 times/day;and the observation group received additional Ganju Bingmei tablets,2 tablets each time,3 times /day.Treatment lasted for 4 weeks and clinical efficacy,reflux symptom index and reflux symp-toms score were compared.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of control group is 61.8%,and the total effective rate of observation group is 92.2%,indicating significant differences (P<0.05).Reflux symptom index,anti fluid syndrome score was significantly lower than those before treatment,and significantly lower than that the control group after treatment.Conclusion:Gan-ju Bingmei tablets combined with acid suppressive drugs is effective in treating laryngopharyngeal reflux disease in that it improves the symptoms of patients,is quick in response,safe and reliable,and can be widely used in clinical practice.关键词
