功能性消化不良中医辨证及辨证标准的现代临床文献研究
Modern Clinical Studies on TCM Syndrome of Functional Dyspepsia and their Differentiation Standards

Abstract
Objective:To clarify TCM syndrome distribution pattern of functional dyspepsia and their differentiation standards cov-ered in modern clinical literatures.Methods:TCM syndrome distribution of functional dyspepsia and their differentation standards were extracted from the selected literatures by searching the CNKI and VIP database,and descriptive statistics was used.Results:The included 46 studies were taken in our study concerning 37 TCM types of syndromes.The eight most frequent appeared syn-dromes were the syndrome of disharmony between the liver and stomach,deficiency of the spleen and stomach,distorted mixtures of cold with heat,food stagnation,the depressed liver with the insufficient spleen,liver stasis,deficiency-cold of the spleen and stom-ach,and heat and dampness in the spleen and stomach.Among the 8 types,abdomen distension was the common symptom,and all involving the disease location of spleen stomach and liver,caused by Qi stasis,Qi deficiency,cold,heat,dampness,and food stagna-tion.Conclusion:Dysfunction of the spleen in transport is the core pathogenesis in TCM of functional dyspepsia.关键词
