响应面法优化一叶种子壳中一叶碱的提取工艺
Extraction Optimization of Securinine from Suffrutescent Securinega Seeds by Response Surface Method

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction of securinine from the seeds of Suffrutescent securinega by response surface meth-od.Methods:The seeds were soaked and extracted by acid water,and the extraction was subjected to ion exchange column. Crude securinine was further condensed by Saxhlet extraction method.Single factor experiment and Box-Behnken Design method were used to determine the arrangemengt of parameters.Quadratic regression analysis were used to optimize the data by Design-Ex-pert software.Results:The optimal parameter of production technology is finally determined as three times of extraction,with 85% ethanol concentration and 4.7‰ acid concentration.Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology is practicable.关键词
