化疗后呕吐的肾脑胃论治探讨
Discuss Treatment theory of Kidney Brain and Gastric with Chemotherapy-induced Vomiting
摘要
Abstract
Kidney is the gate of stomach.Kidney enables main gasification of liquid water-gastrics liquid water excreted through the kidney gasification.If the kidney experiences yang deficiency,it cannot gasify water.As a result,gastric Qi is blocked,stom-ach Qi is inversed and results in vomitting water.Kidney is “in charge of”marrow and brain is the “sea of marrow”.Kidney and brain depends on the Du Meridian and Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang.Du Meridian is the “sea of yang meridians”and Du and Yang meridians fill the qi in the brain.Stomachs foodstuff and kidney essence plus the vital gate fire compose to marrow, marrow filled the brain by Du meridian,stomachs foodstuff also adds to Yang Qi of Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang and the Yang Qi of Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang filled in the brain,the brain is pure Yang.Kidney brain and stomach have very close relationship in physiology,relating to each other in the pathology.After chemotherapy,the spleen and stomach are damaged,thus food cannot constitute to marrow,and cannot fullfill Yang Qi in the Urinary Bladder Channel of Foot-Taiyang. Hence brain is dysfunctional,Yang Qi in the brain cannot go down into the kidney,causing kidney Yang deficiency.关键词
