摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Qilian Fuzheng Capsule on expression of EMT(epithelial mesenchymal transition) and TGF-βin lung cancer A549 cells,and study its possible mechanism.Methods:A549 cells were cultured in vitro and group in-tervened,RT-PCR to detected the expression of TGF-β1mRNA,using Immunohistochemical to detected the expression of E-cad and N-cad.Results:the TGF-β1 mRNA relative expression of the control group,Qilian Fuzheng Capsule low,medium and high dose groups,chemotherapy group and combined group were (31.11 ±1.58)%、(29.53 ±1.50)%、(27.28 ±1.75)%、(25.23 ±1.38)%、(23.03 ±1.59)%、(20.72 ±1.38)% respectively.Except the low-dose group,the expression of E-cad and N-cad in other drug groups were all significantly different compared with the control group;the combined group and all Qilian Fuzheng Capsule groups were significantly different compared with the chemotherapy group.Conclusion:Qilian Fuzheng Capsule can reverse the TGF-β-mediated EMT therefore play an anti-tumor effect.关键词
