目的:观察黄芪多糖(APS)对四氯化碳(CCl4)致大鼠肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法:采用 CCl4诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,造模成功后,取大鼠血清和肝组织进行检测。测定血清肝纤维化四项、肝脏组织中羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量;HE 染色比较炎症及肝纤维化程度;免疫组织化学法分析肝组织中 I 型胶原(Col -I)、平滑肌肌动蛋白α(α-SMA)表达量。结果:与模型组相比,APS 中、高剂量组的肝纤四项水平、炎症及肝纤维化程度明显降低(P <0.05);APS…查看全部>>
