活血散对大鼠急性软组织损伤 PGE2及IL-6影响的实验研究
Effect of Huoxuesan on PGE2 and IL-6 in the Treatment of Rat Acute Soft Tissue Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxuesan on PGE2 and IL-6 level in rats with acute soft tissue injury so as to ex-plore the possible mechanism of Huoxuesan in restoring soft tissue damage.Methods:After modeling,rats were randomized into two groups and given different drugs.Dynamic observation was conducted on the aspects of injury symptom index,histomorphology index,and serum level of PGE and IL-6 respectively,followed by statistical analysis.Results:The group used Huoxuesan per-forms better in injury symptom score and histomorphology score.Huoxuesan can also lower the levels of PGE2 and IL-6 in rats’ser-um.Conclusion:Huoxuesan can diminish inflammation and swelling and relieve pain.It can also contribute to the restore of soft issue.This may due to its determent on the levels of PGE2 and IL-6.关键词
