HPLC Method for Determination of Platycodin D in Apricot Orange Mixture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish content determination method of platycodin D in apricot orange mixture so as to provide quanti-tative information for quality control of apricot orange mixture.Methods:HPLC was used to determine contents of platycodin D.Re-sults:Platycodin D in the range 0.5 ~8ug had good linear relationship,and the regression equation was:y =238632x +1 0382, r =0.9997,recovery was 93.64%,RSD =1 .54%.Conclusion:The method of HPLC to determine Platycodin D in apricot orange mixture is feasible,and it can be used as a reference for its quality control.关键词
