点穴治瘫十法治疗脑梗死的临床评价
Clinical Evaluation on Ten Acupoints Pressure Methods to Cure Paralysis of Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinic effect of ten acupoints pressure methods on cerebral infarction.Methods:Seventy pa-tients with diagnosis of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (n =35)and control group (n =35).Treat-ment group treated patients with basic treatment,acupuncture rehabilitation and acupoint pressure,while the control group treated patients with basic treatment and acupuncture.The effect was observed and compared one month later.Results:Subsequent to in-tervention the NIHSS score was significantly less in the treatment group than in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant (P <0.05);FMA score and BI score were higher than that in control group,all with statistical differences(P <0. 05).Self-comparison showed in treatment group after intervention the NIHSS score significantly decreased,FMA score and BI score increased,both with statistical differences(P <0.05).Conclusion:Ten acupoints pressure methods to cure paralysis with conventional acupuncture can improve motor function of patients with cerebral infarction,promote the recovery of damaged nerve function,and increase the quality of survival.And the method is worth being promoted.关键词
