近20年水电工程环保与水保投资变化分析
Analysis on the Changes of Environmental Protection and Soil and Water Conservation Investment of Hydropower Engineering in Past 20 Years in China

Abstract
In past 20 years, China's hydropower industry has been greatly developed, and at the same time, the content and scale of environmental protection and soil and water conservation works of hydropower engineering also have greater changes. The total project investment(TPI), environmental protection investment (EPI) and soil and water conservation investment (SWI) data of large and medium-sized hydropower projects under feasibility study stage between 1996 and 2013 in China are collected and the correlation of these data are analyzed. The results show that the EPI and SWI only account for a small proportion of the TPI, and the EPI and SWI also have a gradual increase trend in past 20 years. It is suggested that the environmental protection and soil and water conservation works shall be further optimized in the future development of hydropower engineering to control EPI and SWI reasonably.关键词
