鲁地拉水电站拍式浮体闸门止水设计研究
Study on Water Sealing Design of Floating Flap Gate in Ludila Hydropower Staion
摘要
Abstract
The operation performances of the sealing of floating flap gate in Ludila Hydropower Station are analyzed. Firstly, the support form and stress of floating flap gate are analyzed to obtain the distribution of water sealing line load along the frame of gate. Secondly, the nonlinear simulation of sealing is carried out by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS based on finite deformation theory to get the curves of compression-line pressure- width of contact /contact stress of sealing head. Finally, according to the line pressure of frame seal section, the compression, width of contact and contact stress of sealing head can be obtained by curve interpolation to determine the tightness of water sealing. By comparing simulation results and actual gate operation, the actual deformation of sealing is very close to the simulation results.关键词
