摘要

Abstract

According to the natural conditions, location and operating conditions of the steel gates in Zangmu Hydropower Station, the coating protection, metal thermal spraying protection and sacrificial anode cathodic protection for the gates are comprehensively compared, and finally the Zinc spraying and coating protections for gate structure and coating protection for embedded parts are proposed. A kind of heavy-duty ant-corrosive coating, made from poly-aspartic esters with long-life UV resistance, super wear resistance, environment-friendly, high painting efficiency and good anti-corrosive are chosen as the coating for the steel gates in Zangmu Hydropower Station. The advantages and painting process of coating are introduced herein.
