水资源利用与经济社会发展匹配度计算方法及应用
A calculation method and its application on the matching degree of the water resources utilization and socio-economic development
摘要
Abstract
To calculate the matching degree of water utilization and socio-economic development, this paper presents a time and space calculation method based on the data sequence. This method was used to calculate the matching degree of different provinces in China. Additionally, the temporal year-to-year matching degree of Henan Province and spatial matching degree of different districts in Henan Province were calculated. The results showed that there are two reasons for mismatching:one is the fast social and economic development under the condition of water deficient, the other is the relative slow social and economic development in spite of rich water resources. This method can better reflect the matching degree of water resources utilization and socio-economic development at different time and in various spaces. Meanwhile it also can deep reveal the causes of mismatch.关键词
