Abstract
Operation management system of large-scale water diversion project as important part of dispatch and operation management system, undertakes the function of helping the diversion institutions to realize engineering operation, management and maintenance and engineering flood control information management. It carries through resource sharing at uniform application support layer and realizes project operation management system function through business application layer finally. Taking east route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project as an example, the article studies the application design scheme of engineering operation and maintenance and flood control management system, labors business process, data flow and functional requirement. Based on functional requirements, it gives corresponding measures to improve level and overall benefit of project management.关键词
