摘要

Abstract

The leakage problem of hydraulic structures is a kind of hidden disease, which would bring water loss and a series of safety problems. This review summarizes the main leakage detection methods:ground penetrating radar, direct current electrical resistivity method, self-potential method, conventional electromagnetic method, flow-field method, seismic exploration method; temperature method, integrated tracer method, magnetic resonance sounding, logging computerized tomography method,induced polarization and other methods. Then the principal, leakage reflection, merits and drawbacks of these methods are described in detail, and some special issues for each method are provided. Finally, ideas for further improvement are suggested.
