额尔齐斯河粘鲈感染复口吸虫的种群动态研究
Population Dynamics of Diplostomum Infection in Acerina cernua in Ergis River

Abstract
The population dynamics of Diplostomum infection in Acerina cernua in Ergis River were determined by means of field sampling and investigation .A total of 129 fish (5-13 cm) collected from Beitun and Habahe of Er-gis River was studied from April 2009 to April 2013.The results showed that the prevalence of Diplostomum in Acer-ina cernua was 38.76%, and the average intensity of infection was 16.06 ±30.85.Acerina cernua, classified ac-cording to the number of Diplostomum infecting per fish(0, 1-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20, >20), accounted for 61.24%, 24.03%, 3.88%, 1.55%, 1.55%and 7.75%of the total fish, respectively.The prevalence and in-tensity of infection varied with the length of Acerina cernua.The highest infection prevalence of Diplostomum (80%) was in size class>13 cm and the highest mean intensity of infection occurred in size class of 11 cm<L≤13 cm, significant difference in the infection intensity was observed among the three size classes:5 cm<L≤7 cm, 9 cm<L≤11 cm and 11 cm<L≤13 cm.In conclusion , the population of Diplostomum was characterized by ag-gregation distribution in different host length groups and the aggregation intensity was closely related to the host size.关键词
