摘要

Abstract

A strain efficiently decolorizing triphenylmethane dye was isolated from tobacco stem�By the analysis of ITS-5�8S rDNA,the strain was identified as Rhodotorula mucilaginosa JB401�The result of full wavelength scan confirmed that the delorization of crystal violet was caused by the dye degradation�In order to improve the the decolorization of crystal violet by R�mucilaginosa JB401,a single factor experiment was used to optimize the culture conditions of R�mucilaginosa JB401�The optimized decolorization conditions were 37℃,initial pH 5,2%inoculums under the shake-flask condition after cultivation for 24 h�Under the optimized culture conditions,50,100 and 200 mg/L of crystal violet were decolorized with 90%and time for decolorization were 3 h(50 mg/L),6 h(100 mg/L) and 14 h(200 mg/L), respectively�The excellent adaptability of R�mucilaginosa JB401 to pH and temperature exhibited potential applications.
