摘要

Abstract

The porcine pancreatic lipase(PPL) was immobilized on sepiolite by physical absorption. Results showed that the adsorbed maximum activity ( 309 U/g ) was observed under the conditions of immobilization time of 4 h,reactive phosphate solution of pH 6�0,and reaction temperature 25 ℃. The immobilized PPL showed excellent adaptability at higher pH and better thermal stability compared with free PPL�Meanwhile, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer ( FT-IR ) , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) were used to analyze experiment results. Results confirmed the effects of sepiolite in experiments of lipase immobilization�
