江苏盐城盐场中度嗜盐菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and characterization of moderately halophilic bacteria in the saltern of Yancheng city
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the diversity and population characteristics of halophilic and population bacteria in saltern of Yancheng city, 13 bacterial strains were isolated from the soil of Sheyang, Xintan and Guandong solar saltern, culturing in beef preptone medium with high salt concentration ( 8% NaCl ).Morphologic observation,physiological and biochemical analysis were operated. Results showed that 13 bacteria strains belonged to three groups,4 in genera Virgibacillus,7 in genera Halomonas and 2 in genera Marinobacter.The research proved that there was abundant phylogenetic diversity of moderately halophilic bacteria,thus, it was valuable in research and application.关键词
