摘要

Abstract

We studied enzymatic C7⁃hydroxylation of dehydroepiandrosterone ( DHEA ) by Gibberella intermedia CA3⁃1. The single factor experiment was applied to determine the optimal fermentation conditions with the conversion rate of C7⁃hydroxylation as the criterion. The optimal biotransformation conditions were as follows:inoculation amount 6% ( V/V) , medium volume 30 mL ( per 250 mL flask) , rotation speed 220 r/min, DHEA concentration 1 g/L, co⁃solvent propylene glycol (6%, V/V), adding substrate at the same time with inoculation, and biotransformation time 36 h. The molar yield of 7α⁃OH⁃DHEA from substrate DHEA was 72�34%.
