D 乳酸在微孔超高交联树脂HD 01上的吸附热力学及动力学
Adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of D-lactic acid onto microporous hyper-cross-linked resin HD-01
摘要
Abstract
The adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of D⁃lactic acid onto microporous hyper⁃cross⁃linked resin HD⁃01 were studied�The adsorption capacity of D⁃lactic acid decreased with the increasing of pH and the optimum pH was 2�1�The adsorption equilibrium isotherms of D⁃lactic acid were determined between 293�15,313�15 and 333�15 K�The experimental data were well fitted by Freundlich isotherm model ( R2>0�99)�The adsorption capacity of D⁃lactic acid onto resin HD⁃01 was 0�146 5 g/g (ρe=102 g/L, 333�15 K ) , 11% higher than that of macroporous adsorption resin Amberlite XAD⁃1600�The calculated results of the Gibbs free energy change and the isosteric enthalpy change of adsorption were negative, indicating that the adsorption of D⁃lactic acid onto resin HD⁃01 was a spontaneous and exothermic process�The adsorption kinetic experimental results show that concentration decay curves can be well described by the pseudo⁃first⁃order rate equation�The mass transfer rate of D⁃lactic acid onto resin HD⁃01 was very rapid and increased with the increasing of temperature�The adsorption equilibrium was reached within 10 minutes at 293�15 K.关键词
