分析紫杉醇与三尖杉宁碱的简易方法
Simplified analysis and purification of paclitaxel and cephalomannine
摘要
Abstract
A simple analytical and purification method for paclitaxel and cephalomannine was developed using the MKF⁃DK⁃RP analytical column ( 300 mm × 7�8 mm, 8 μm particle size ) with monodisperse polystyrene reverse⁃phase chromatography. The mobile phase was acetonitrile⁃water at a flow rate of 1�0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 229 nm�Paclitaxel and cephalomannine could be effectively purified. It could quantitatively analyze and purify paclitaxel in the range between 0�062 5 and 2�0 mg/mL( r=0�999 9) . The optimized process is easy to operate,and reproducible.关键词
