The Research of Genome Editing
摘要
Abstract
Genome Editing can be used to operate artificially almost any gene in cells or organisms. This research method of gene function is useful for fundamental research and clinic treatment. The major component of this tool is artificial nuclease with specific DNA-binding domain and non-specific DNA-modifying domain. This article reviews the characteristics, principle, construction and application of ZFN, TALEN and CRISPR/Cas, which would be useful reference for related research.关键词
