Abstract
Studies on self-assembled DNA nanostructures have achieved great progress in recent decades. In this article, we introduced the general principles of DNA nanostructures and the history of their development. Their features and advantages are also summarized. Their applications in biosensing, nanoreactors, nanoscale spatial arrangement, nanorobots, and drug delivery have been reviewed. The future of DNA nanotechnology has also been prospected.关键词
