Abstract
Time distribution, core journals, senior authors and hot domains are concerned to explore the history, status and trend of foreigh CHI, which may provide a theoretical reference for research and practice on CHI in China. This article analyses the research literature on Consumer Health Informatics ( CHI ) included by SCIE database, with the method of space-time dimension analysis, from the perspective of time distribution, magazine distribution and author distribution. The development of foreign CHI has been relatively flat, core journals including Journal of medical internet research and International Journal of Medical Informatics, senior authors including Eysenbach Gunther, Keselman Alla and so on. The hot domains of CHI include basic issues, health system and personal health records, health communication and patient education, medical informatics related subjects. The high frequency citations cover CHI, CHI system, electronic medical records and personal health records, the impact of internet on public health actions four areas.关键词
