儿童牙科畏惧症诊治进展
Progress on diagnosis and treatment of children’s dental fear
摘要
Abstract
It compared the assessment methods of children’s dental fear in-cluding behavioral tests,psychological tests,physiological tests and proj ec-tion testing.And it reviewed the progress on the prevention and treatment of children’s dental fear.Nitrous oxide as a sedative in pediatric dentistry in a-broad has been widely applied.However,local anesthesia under surface anes-thesia is the most common pain control method in children’s dental clinic in China.And clinical application of invasion therapy should be with caution. Children’s dental fear already has more mature assessment methods and in-tervention strategies for diversification,but health care workers in dentistry department do not pay attention to it in China.关键词
