摘要
Abstract
Stress hyperglycemia is very common in critically ill patients. And strictly control of blood glucose can reduce the mortality of patients. Critically ill patients often use the fingertip blood glucose measurement, that is self monitoring of blood glucose.It is discontinuous time point measurement and lack of continuity.Dynamic glucose monitoring system can monitor changes of blood glucose with 24 hours.And it has a better effect for diabetic patients.This paper reviewed the concept and accuracy e-valuation method of dynamic blood sugar monitoring,and provide some ev-idences for the emergence of hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia in critically ill patients,and so as to better control and manage the blood glucose of pa-tients.关键词
