Abstract
Obj ective:To know about the status quo of post traumatic growth of patients with craniocerebral inj ury during recovery and to ana-lyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 84 patients with craniocere-bral inj ury were selected during recovery and without reading comprehen-sion disorder.They were investigated by using the general situation ques-tionnaire and Chinese version of accident trauma patients with posttrau-matic growth inventory(PTGI).And the results were analyzed statistical-ly.Results:PTGI scores in all 84 patients were (58.00±7.71).The life in-sights dimension scores were the highest.There were statistically signifi-cant differences in PTG scores among patients with different gender,age, education level,family income or marital status (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Post traumatic growth level is lower in craniocerebral inj ury patients in recovery period.And it need to be improved.Gender,age and education lev-el were the main influencing factors.During recovery of patients with craniocerebral inj ury,nursing staff should pay more attention to the posi-tive changes of psychological aspects of patients,and take pertinence and individual nursing measures.关键词
