养老机构老年人服务需求影响因素研究
Study on influencing factors of service demands of the elderly in pension institutions

Abstract
Obj ective:To analyze the influencing factors of service demands of the elderly in pension institutions in Urumqi city.Methods:A total of 487 old people were surveyed with questionnaire in eight pension institu-tions in Urumqi city.Results:The daily needs score of the elderly in pen-sion institutions was (27.62 ± 7.68)points.And its influencing factors were age,marital status,physical condition and charges.Health care needs score was (1 6 .7 5 ± 5 .3 3 )points.The influencing factors included cultural level,retirement pay,physical condition,and visiting frequency.Recreation demand score was (8.18±3.09)points.Its influencing factors were age, physical condition and disease species.Psychological demand score was (8.81± 2.89)points,and its influencing factors were the nation,physical condition and visited frequency.Conclusion:Every dimensions need of the check in elderly were higher.It suggests that social,family and pension institutions need to think highly of service needs of the check in elderly and provide targeted support and help.关键词
