同一肢体自身不同腕带松紧度测量血压值差异性研究

Abstract
Obj ective:Through measuring blood pressure values with different tightness of wrist straps in the same limb to probe into the differences of blood pressure values measurement with three kinds of tightness of wrist straps,so as to guild the clinical nursing work.Methods:Zero finger,one finger and two fingers of tightness of wrist straps were respectively used for blood pressure values measurement of 198 cases of observed objects,the same limb was taken as the self control,then the measured blood pressure values were statistically analyzed.Results:There was no statistical significant difference in diastolic pressure by different tightness of wrist straps.The difference of systolic pres-sure was 2.1 mmHg between zero finger and two fingers of tightness of wrist straps.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The difference of blood pressure values measured with zero finger to 2 fingers of tightness of wrist straps didn’t have clinical significance.关键词
