音乐干预对缓解子宫输卵管造影病人应激反应的作用研究
Study on effect of music intervention for al leviating stress response reaction of patients undergoing hysterosalpingography

Abstract
Obj ective:To analyze and probe into effect of music interven-tion in alleviating stress response of infevtility patients undergoing hyste-rosalpingography (HSG).Methods:A total of 200 cases of infertility women were randomly divided into music intervention group and control group.Favorite music was played for patients in intervention group dur-ing HSG check,playing music in control group.Then to measure and compare blood pressure,heart rate,amount of bleeding and incidence of adverse reactions of patients between two groups and to assess the anxie-ty level with anxiety self test scale (SAS ),and visual analog scale (VAS)to assess the degree of pain.Results:The systolic blood pressure and heart rate significantly decreased in patients in music intervention group,and significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);SAS score of patients in music in-tervention group after intervention was much lower than that of control group and before intervention,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in postoperative bleeding between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music intervention used in hysterosalpingography (HSG)check has low cost and less time consuming.And patients are willing to accept,and it is simple to operate and use.It can effectively alleviate patients’stress and anxiety and re-lieve patients’attention to pain.关键词
