It introduced the significance of nursing human resource configu-ration,and reviewed the research status quo of nursing human resource configuration from three aspects including configuration based on bed nur-ses ratio,configuration based on patient classification system and score sys-tem and configuration based on nursing workload.At last,it proposed the prospect.关键词
