Abstract
It introduced the basic connotation and the application status of trans theory of behavior in diabetic patients.And it thought that health education based on trans theory of behavior can effectively im-prove the patients’self management level,promote patients’knowledge belief behavior change,and effectively control their blood glucose and blood lipid.关键词
