专项化护理干预对育龄期宫颈癌病人术后性生活质量的影响1）
Influence of special ized nursing intervention on postoperative qual ity of sexual life of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age
摘要
Abstract
To probe into influence of specialized nursing inter-vention on postoperative quality of sexual life of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age.Methods:A total of 110 cases of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age in department of gynecology in our hospital from in January 2010 to in December 2012 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,the patients in intervention group received specialized nursing inter-vention,the patients in control group received routine nursing care.The brief index of sexual function for women and BISF W were used for a questionnaire survey,then to compare the quality of sexual life of patients between both groups before and after treatment and to analyze the influen-cing factors.Results:ostoperative quality of sexual life of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age was decreased significantly than that before the treatment (P<0.05);age,educational level,marital status,clinical stage and spouse’s attitude were the main factors of affecting the postoperative qual-ity of sexual life of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age;the frequen-cy of sexual life and sexual life satisfaction of patients in intervention group were higher than that in control group.Conclusion:Quality of sexual life of patients with cervical cancer in childbearing age after operation is signifi-cantly reduced and affected by many factors and the specialized nursing in-tervention can improve the quality of sexual life of patients with cervical cancer in childbearihy age after operation.关键词
