Research on preparation and evaluation about nursing graduate competency self assessment questionnaire

Abstract
Objective:To form nursing graduates’competency self as-sessment questionnaire on the basis of nursing graduates’competency e-valuation index system built by our group and carry out the reliability and validity testing for this questionnaire.Methods:Literature analysis and expert meetings were used,combining with relevant evaluation index system the pre test was carried out in a small range,then to prepare nursing graduates’competency self assessment questionnaire,and a to-tal of 301 nursing undergraduates who will graduate in 2014 were investi-gated,and the questionnaire received reliability and validity analysis.Re-sults:Nursing graduates’competency self assessment questionnaire had five dimensions including 42 entries,and its internal consistency Cron-bach’sαcoefficient was 0.928,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient of all dimen-sions was 0.846 ~ 0.853,both in 0.8 above;the contents validity of the questionnaire was 9 1 .5%,the cumulative explanatory variable of struc-ture validity with 5 factors was 62.09%,both were in the acceptable range of surveying.Conclusion:The nursing graduates’competency self assessment questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and set up of all entries is applicable to the evaluation of nursing graduates’competen-cy.关键词
