Abstract
Objective:Through the Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities to explore the clinical demand oriented procurement and management mode of medical care supplies,so as to provide guidance for nursing supplies pro-curement getting high quality,efficient,practical,reasonable price,and en-sure the normative and homogeneity of its clinical use and improve the quality of nursing.Methods:The “quality control circle”organization was established,and to analyze the causes of the existing problems in procure-ment and management of hospital medical care supplies.Then to formulate rectification measures and implement,remaking management process.Re-sults:After the quality control circle activities,the clinical trial rate of new introduction of nursing supplies was up to 100.00%.Idle rate of nursing supplies decreased by 5.31%.The return rate decreased by 9.10%.The re-porting rate of defective products and the feedback rate after the rectifica-tion reached 100.00%.The rate of recall in 2 h increased by 82.12%.Con-clusion:“QCC”activities have established the bridge of management and communication from procurement,warehousing to clinical use of medical care supplies.And it has regulated the introduction and clinical use of med-ical care supplies,reduced costs,improved the ability of team members to assist to develop quality improvement proj ect.关键词
