摘要
Abstract
It introduced the origin,connotation,steps and tools of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA),and the concept of health care failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA).It summarized the domestic and for-eign nursing managers adopting HFMEA to decrease unplanned extubation rate and the risk of administration in ICU patients,and effective application of high risk process such as nosocomial infection rates.It analyzed the ad-vantages and limitations of application of the mode(HFMEA)in the ICU nursing safety management.关键词
